Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in solid plastering, rendering, micro cement, or polished plaster
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Polite demeanor and basic understanding of English for health and safety compliance
• Proactive and self-motivated with high attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a respectful manner
